  21.      This program is invoked by eexx and vvii in response to  the  --rr
  22.      switch.   Its  job is to recover edits that had been made by
  23.      not saved on disk at the time of a program or system  crash.

  25.      works, read the code for eexxrreeccoovveerr and eexx.
